Looks like as of last night Im off to do the Geo Quest 48hr adventure race in Port Macquarie on the 20th August so that means Navigation practice! and now!!!! I've only done two races this year with Nav so I just got a last minute entry for a 6 hour cyclegain (navigation mountain bike race) this Sunday.

Tuff Guy Sesions
Friday 6am Tuff Guy Cross Training sessions come and try- first session free.

Ski sessions
Surf ski training sessions now on every monday 4.30pm Currumbin creek and Thursday morning 6am Tullebudgera Creek. Weekend sessions will be organised on the thursday.
